Zone 5, District 13-H, Lions of Ohio consists of eight clubs and one Lioness club (Ross Lioness Club). The clubs are Blue Ash, Cincinnati Host, Cheviot Westwood, Hamilton, Cincinnati-Kenwood, Ross, Springdale-Forest Park and Cincinnati-Western Hills.
