Comment	Dear Carlos Lions Club: The Harlem Ambassadors Show Basketball Team will be touring through Minnesota and wanted to see if the Lion’s Club might be interested in a special fundraising event with the Harlem Ambassadors in September 2009. The Harlem Ambassadors Show Basketball Team has performed special community events in 46 States and 19 foreign countries. We have worked extensively with non profit organizations in many communities, including the Lion’s Club, and would be happy to provide references. The Harlem Ambassadors feature a "Harlem-style" Basketball Show, including ball handling tricks, slam dunks and hilarious comedy routines. We perform 200 shows per season, and are the largest provider of entertainment services to the military having performed at over 100 bases worldwide. Our team consists of professionals with major college and pro experience. All of our players are college educated, drug-free, and positive in appearance. In addition to their basketball skills, they bring a message to the youth of the importance of staying in school and staying off drugs. What you’ll find unique about our show is that our featured comic performer is a woman player. She is a world class basketball player and a world class comedienne.
