Subject	21 year old son with Usher Syndrome attending USM
Comment	My 21 year old son, Dylan, is in his 2nd semester (he has already completed 6 courses) at USM. He has Usher Syndrome (retinitis pigmentosa and a hearing impairment). I am desperately trying to find any kind of grants or scholarships that might be available to him. He is extremely bright but sadly is losing his vision at a rapid rate. He is doing very well with his college classes and is enjoying them tremendously. Someone suggested that I approach the Lions Club because one of your charitable works is the blind and visually impaired. Thank you very much for your time and attention to this email.
