| Comment | When touring with the England cricket team during the 1973-74 season I stopped off at an establishment called Blenheims Bakery in Napier Street Essendon and purchased a delicious small sponge cake with coconut flakes around the outside. I seem to recall that the cake was called a Flemington and was wondering if any member of the Lions Club might send me the recipe. I assume it is a special product from the Essendon area. |
