Subject	need to locate an eye provider with free services
Comment	i am a 45 year old female whose sight has been poor since birth, i have been wearing contacts since 1974, lately i have noticed a dramatic decline in my vision, i am unemployed and have no medical insurance, and do not qualify for medicaid/medicaire. i feel as thought i am losing my sight, my last dilated exam was three years ago, since then a series of life events have enabled me from caring properly for my eyes. please contact me at 540-832-3480 to advise
