Dear Secretary,
I am writing to you to ask for your help. We are a group called MOPS. It stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. It is a great organization where moms get together with other moms. MOPS is a group open to all mothers from pregnancy though the time their youngest child graduates from kindergarten. MOPS reaches mothers in their special time of mothering and helps equip them to be the best moms they can be. MOPS members are given the opportunity to make new friends, have adult conversation (without interruption), learn from guest speakers, and make fun crafts! All while our children are being cared for by our Moppet workers!

I was hoping you would know of someone that would be able to volunteer as a Moppet worker. We meet twice per month and it would only be for a few short hours. The kids are very well behaved and they have an excellent curriculum to keep them busy. Please encourage any of your members to contact us. Our group continues to grow, which is great, but without Moppet workers we will have to turn new moms away.
