CommentI am Lion Jayanth Dissanayake,a lion from Sri Lanka.My home club is Lions Club Unawatuna, Galle.It is in the same district(Dis. 306A-1)as Lions Club of Galle; the club of our Past International President, Lion Mahendra Amarasooriya.Often we participate in activities of Lions Club of Galle also.I was the club president-Unawatuna(2005/06),Zone chairmen (2006/07),regional coordinator(2007-2009).I am a Businessmen & my wife is a Doctor by profession.We did quite a lot of activities and participated in numerous projects such as health camps, blood donation projects, vision and hearing aid donations and self employment assistance projects and etc.We have 2 children.We Migrated to Canada(PR) very recently (Aug 2009)Now we live in Bairdmore Blvd.(R3T5H3).This is a very brief introduction of us.We hope to attend your club meetings.Please email me the date, location and time of your next meeting.

Subjecthearing aid donation
CommentI am the office manager at Kemp Hearing Centre located in the Medical Arts Bldg. Every so often we have family members that have lost someone leave the used hearing aids with us to give to someone less fortunate. I saw a program that The Lions of B.C. had and thought I would check with you. Please contact at your convenience. Best Regards

Please provide some sort of contact info so I can communicate with you regarding membership. hello i remember from the past when i lived in calgary and my moms ex-boyfriend was a lions member and we had fun goig to group outings with the club and club christmas parties and stuff like that. if possible for a 30 year old male to join the club please e-mail the procedures involved and we can take it from there. it would be great to give a little back
