As a Lionsclubmember in The Netherlands I found your address in the international Lions-directory. I have been trying to email the Guayaquil Lions club but my both gmail and hotmail could not deliver my messages to the listed address on this page. Hopefully this message will reach the lions club president or other members.

My son Bart (23) finished his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering at the University of Iowa in the USA in December 2008. During this time he was captain of the Men's University Tennis Team.
Now he has a half year available until he can start with his Masters in January 2009. In this period he wants to challenge himself in Pro Tennis-tournaments worldwide. He played in several countries in Europe and North America and now is preparing himself for a tournament in Guayaquil. The tournament in Guayaquil will take place at Complejo Miraflores km., 4,5 Avenida del Bombero.

It is in this connection, that I am looking for your help to find a lions host family for my son and a tennis friend in or around Guayaquil for a little over a week, starting Wednesday July 29th.

It goes without saying, that when you are visiting The Netherlands, you will be most welcome at our place.

Commenthola mi nombre es diego vega tengo 19 años soy de chunchi canton del chimborazo estudio medicina en la UNIVERSIDAD CENTRAL DE QUITO tengo una inquietud. lo que pasa es que tuve un accidente hace 12 años con el impacto de un coete y me lesione la cornea del ojo izquierdo con una astilla tuve visibilidad escasa hasta mas o menos un año y medio luego de la intervencion quirurgica pero por falta de recursos economicos no me pude realizar un transplante que me sugirieron y despues perdi por completo la vision del ojo izquierdo y hoy tengo miedo de que al terminar mi carrera no me dejen ejercerla por mi problema. Me entere que su club realiza transplantes de cornea y me preguntaba que si hay una posibilidad de realizarme dicha operacion.
