Subjectpotential new member and eye glasses contact
CommentOne of our Lions and eyeglass chair from San Jose Scales of Justice Lions received a call from Fremont Walmart Optical Dept asking to pick up glasses right away as there was no more room in their optical dept. Not knowing who to call in Fremont, he went to the Fremont Walmart store and picked up the glasses and told the women that someone would be in touch with her. He said that the woman said she was very interested in a volunteer organization to join for both her and her daughter. Her name is Kashmira,and if you have some material to send to her here is her fax # and also her ph #. Our Lion from our club said the woman was very nice and received his name from another store in the San Jose Area.

Comment50 students, teachers and parent chaperones from CA School for the Blind come to the Fremont Symphony's Children's Concerts every year. I have a friend that is blind as a bat and in desperate need of glasses. Unfortunately, she is low income and does not have health coverage.

How can we get her a pair of eye glasses?
