| Comment | I have a percrition for eye glaases but i can't afford the cost of lens and frames,if i could get help w/lenes i can afford a cheap pair of frames.Can someone PLEASE help me??My percrition is back in 03-09,thats when i had my eyes check.I'm currently on Hep.c treatments and it's making my eye sight worse,w/these 5 yr glasses i have now. |

| Comment | Hi was was whondering if you could refree me to someone that could help out a family of 6, the mother was dignossed with Breast,Liver, and Bone cancer and only has a short time to live, the doctors told her that she will pass away from the liver cancer and that she needed to get her affairs in order, okay here is the catch the family is very poor, They can not afford anything at the momment, they could use help with Electric Bills, getting a phone, getting help with christmas, helping with funeral exp. I am not sure who to turn to so if you could let me know the family lives in Chapell Hill, the kids ages are 18,17,14,7 the mother is 39 and the husband is 37, so if you could give me any infromation I would apperciate all that can be done Thank you so much |

| Comment | Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Tina Oberholzer, I am recently moved to Columbia. After a spinal injury in 2000, I am awating decision on Disability Assistance. During this time I have had several illnesses which have called for new medications. Said medications have altered my eyesight, beyond the prescription of my current glasses. I have been made aware, that in some instances, you all have assistance programs for unemployed/ill Columbians to receive help in procurring new eyeglasses. If this is true, I was wondering if you could email what steps I may take to receive this help. I will include whatever information you should ask for.
