My name is Cindy, I am a 30yr old mother of 4 young children, two of which are babies. March of 2008, I moved to Dieppe with my spouse, for he had a job transfer. My nine year old, has been diagnosed with chronic kidney failure, and we make regular trips to the IWK, in Halifax. I had the fortune of having someone from your club, at my home, and render my family some money to travel to Halifax, as we would not have been able to afford such trip at that time. However, I was forgetful upon returning, as I did not render the admission documents as needed. Time passed very fast, and I at the time had many things that kept me very busy, ie: moving, job placements, newborn children, and the changes that were made to my nine year old son. Between finding doctor's and trying to make a home, as well as other duties, I fell short in providing the pertinent information.
We have made trips since then, as my spouse's business was better in the summer, now he is hardly working. I am ashamed of my behavior, I work with many different charities, and I know the help that is recieved is very much needed. I am hoping that my laziness can be forgiven, and I will provide fax or phone numbers to reinforce the trip I made in April of 2008. I find myself at your mercy again, I must travel this Monday, and this trip will be a long one due to surgeries that my son now has to go through. This long stay comes at a very difficult time for us, we have exhausted every option(including family members) but alas there is no help for us out there. I hope that I am given the chance to redeem myself, and form a relationship with your club. I again am very sorry for not responding sooner, it is not my usual character. My phone number is 204-2690, I feel horrible to ask for your help again, but I do not know what else I can do. My son is being admitting, and we are very short on funds.

Commentjust wanted to know if you have t.v. bingo on the community chanel here in moncton,my boyfriend and i just recently moved here and he enjoys bingo he is a double ammputy so he can't get out as often as he would like to because it;s expensive to get a wheel chair taxi .thank you
