| Subject | NICE SITE! |
| Comment | Quite an impressive site. I like the idea of using the site for announcements. Just wish our members all had access to a computer so we could do the same! Lion Larry Shelton |

| Subject | The American Red Cross would like the opportunity |
| Comment | Since January first, the American Red Cross of Rhode Island volunteers have provided emergency food, clothing and shelter to more than 80 Rhode Islanders, who have been displaced as the result of a house fire. While winter is traditionally the busiest time of year for fire-related emergencies, the past few weeks have been a particularly challenging. All of this assistance is provided by the Red Cross free of charge, but we typically spend between $500 and $1,000 per family we assist and must raise the money to provide emergency services when Rhode Islanders need it most. I am writing to find out if there is an opportunity for the Red Cross to come to a Lions Club meeting and share with your members the important work the Red Cross is doing in your community and ways your organization can support the Red Cross. We look forward to hearing from you.
