| Comment | I am writing to see if the Lions can help in any way. We have two very talented musicians in the school and due to illness the family are finding it impossible to continue to fund their music lessons. The school provides these lessons via a peripatetic teacher (the school is charged for these lessons by Hampshire County Council and due to budget restaints we are unable to fund lessons for individual pupils). The lessons cost £3.69 per pupils and are held each week during the school term. As there are two children it makes it too expensive for the parents to afford. I must stress these are extremely talented and hardworking children and we are very confident that 100% encouragement is given by the parents. Thank you. |
