We are writing to you in hope that you might be able to give us a little help and advice.

CAMDY is a registered UK charity registered no 1115587 that we have set up to support disadvantaged children in the Caribbean - presently we are focussing on Tobago.

CAMDY’s aims are to support Caribbean children by providing them with educational books and toys etc. These items have been donated from the citizens of UK in an attempt to relocate the items to others who are in need of them whilst reducing waste in the UK.

As we are some distance away, we realise to promote the cause we need to be networking with the Caribbean communities and organisations in the area. Please could you help us if you have contact details or Business/Organisation registers who might be interested in assisting us.

Our organization (The Trinidad and Toago Alliance for Sport and Physical Education) is hosting a 4-day International Sport and Physical Education Convention at UWI SPEC from 28 September to 1 October this year.

We are in the process of recruiting exceptional volunteers for the Convention as we have a large international and regional contingent attending, in addition to local participants.
