I have had the opportunity to speak at some of the other groups in Dallas/Ft.Worth Area and enjoyed the people and the experience.

Should you have a need for a speaker at one of your weekly meetings, please feel free to contact me by email or telephone (214) 240-9602.

Obama Healthcare Reform: A Candid Analysis
Speaker: Layton Lang

US Healthcare Reform was a significant principal in Barrack Obama’s political manifesto for last year’s Presidential election. In keeping with his promise, President Obama has introduced the first phase of healthcare spending in his leviathan economic stimulus package and current budget proposal. Contrary to previous government healthcare reform endeavors, Mr. Obama has devised a much simpler approach by presenting three broad objectives.
 Offer affordable, comprehensive, and portable coverage to all Americans: including the 46 million uninsured.
 Contain spiraling health care costs and improve quality of care.
 Promote and strengthen prevention and public health.
Over the years, much of the public has read and heard from a variety of media commentators, politicians and webloggers about their sophistic views concerning the US healthcare system’s misfortunes. Layton Lang debunks many of these myths and misnomers through an impartial and provocative presentation. You will hear from a top healthcare insider as to the legitimate causes for Americans experiencing unbridled spending in the healthcare sector. Lastly, Mr. Lang will provide an in-depth analysis of Mr. Obamas’ reform objectives and conclude with some workable solutions.
