Subjectfollow up on a donation request
CommentThank you for considering our donation request for our day school holiday breakfast for our students with significant disabilities. I was just wondering if the West Warwick Lions Club would be able to support this year's event. Thank you again.

Comment WEST WARWICK LIONS CLUB

27 August 08
GREETINGS, to our community comrades as we all hope everything is going well in the fabulous world of LIONS Clubs Rhode Island & International!

-----------------------------------------------------------

Dr. Marie Hennedy from Providence College and the Voter Service Chair of the West Bay's League of Women Voters, asked me to communicate with you regarding the possibility that several civic organizations can team up assist the League with the October Debate Program in West Warwick.

If you would like, perhaps we can have a coffee together and chat about such a proposal in presenting a non-partisan and voter educational format to our electorate and community-at-large.

The JAYCEES were happy to assist and help coordinate the Debate back in 2006 with the Kent County Daily TIMES, however Marie was balancing quite a bit on her table and came just under the gun ..... but we got it done with the fabulous intervention of our great school department.

It is indeed our pleasure and communal honor to associate the exceptional organizational principles of civic responsibility and citizens participation in this manner.

Many thanks for your kind community wide consideration.

Best Wishes. J a c k

SubjectAdopting A Family for The Holidays
CommentMy girlfriend and I are looking to adopt a family for the holidays. We would prefer to have a smaller family and to be able to deliver their gifts to them personally. Do you have a program that can accomodate our request? If not, do you know of an organization that can?

Regards,
